Thank you for shopping with us at PeelAway. We appreciate your custom.

We post worldwide and offer free UK delivery on most of our items.

Please double check your address when placing your order as we will charge for postage if your item is returned to us, as address incorrect or incomplete.​

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment (Monday-Friday) by royal mail 2nd class delivery & Royal Mail international track & sign or international sign for.

Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on monday. All orders are sent by tracked mail. (Recorded delivery for 2nd class mail)

Please note that on bank holidays we do not ship.  Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then we at PeelAway will be responsible and will send either a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the buyer's preference.


As we use royal mail in the uk and it's partners abroad to carry and deliver our parcels we cannot pass on delivery requests or leave notes on the parcel such as 'leave on front porch' or " leave with my neighbour or concierge"  however you may choose to leave a note out for your postman or a message with your concierge service.


If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or happy with your purchase we are ready to listen and help.


Right to Cancel

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the consumer contracts(information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations which gives you the buyer the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.  

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order if the item(s) have not been dispatched any monies paid to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

If the item(s) has been dispatched to you, when they are returned to us, inspected and refund agreed, then any monies owed will be duly refunded 


Returns

You may return any unopened and unused items in a resalable condition to us within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:
You the buyer must take reasonable care of the goods. If you fail to do so, we at PeelAway reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge based on the condition of the goods.

The good(s) must be returned in a resalable condition. It must be unused, unopened or altered in any way and must have all original seals intact.

All original bags, tags, boxes and packaging must be present, intact and undamaged.


Refunds

Once your returned item(s) has been received by us and duly inspected, you will be notified about the outcome and status of your return. 

If your returns are approved, you will receive the refund within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Return Shipping

You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping cost.

Please note that return shipping cost are non-refundable unless the item(s) sent were faulty/damaged in transit or the wrong item(s) were sent by mistake. 

We advise that you use a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Until returned items have been received by us, you are responsible for the items if they are lost, damaged or destroyed.  ​​​​​​​

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Contact us if you have any questions on returning your item to us.
